ellesse, no need to be timid asking for help. That's why homoeopaths come to the bb - to help and to learn from cases. What age are you please - and what was the reason for hysterectomy?

GM - is it Ok for this patient to have stopped taking oestrogen supplements when both ovaries were removed?

Anna
I am 53, and the reason for the hysterectomy was fibroids. A lot, causing discomfort and very heavy bleeding which resulted in severe aneamia. I do realise now that the surgery may have been too radical, but quite honestly I do feel so much better now than I did before.
I used the oestrogen gel for two years plus, but the amount of weight I gained just distressed me so much that I felt I couldn't continue with it. I don't diet obsessively but I take regular excersise and eat well and sensibly and still the weight would not shift. Hopefully I can do something about it now.

Anna, about the oestrogen, i can answer that, only the patient can do that.
But is not to use while on cimicifuga, it antidotes..
Afterwards is a other matter, if the ovaries is removed, they are needed as supplement, if not usable a cream, there is plasters, or tablets.. If the ovaries are there theyr not needed.
And if cimicif has not done its job in a months time its to use cimicifuga 10 m one dose.

Hello, so far, one week after taking the cimicifuga, I am feeling okay. Still not quite right but getting better. I take it from the last posting that the remedy should work within a month is that correct ? And if there is no significant improvement I should try cimicifuga 10M one dose. Is 10 LM the same ? Sorry to ask so many questions but I'm fairly new to all this.
There are two other things, maybe related I don't know.
first, since I stopped taking my oestrogen 3 weeks ago I have felt fine apart from hot flushes. These are more or less manageable during the day, but at night are very uncomfortable and are waking me up and causing me to lose sleep. Is there anything I could use for this.
Second, I have some warts on the first finger of my left hand. They started maybe three or four years ago as a small callous. now I have on medium size one and one smaller and I think another one just beginning. I also have one on my lower ribcage just below my left breast and another lower down on my stomach also on my left side, these last two are quite flattish and rough on the surface. My doctor has confirmed that they are warts, but doesn't seem keen to do anything and anyway I don't want them burned or frozen. It seems too violent! I do know however that homeopaths tend to take warts very seriously. Do you have any ideas.
There is one other thing I forgot to tell you because I had forgotten about it but it may have some relevance.
Three years ago I had found a large lump in my right breast. I had a mammogram and ultrasound and it was discovered to be a large cyst which was aspirated immediately. Eighteen months later I discovered another smaller one on the same side which was treated in the same way. The doctor who did the ultrasound did tell me at the time that I had several cysts on both sides, but I have had no more since, and I check regularly.
Just one more thing, I'm still not clear about antidotes to the cimicifuga. What are they? And if I antidote by mistake, should I then repeat the 200c dose?
Thankyou for everything so far.

It works a month..or more, and lm is not the same as 10 M. And the wrts and the lumps, well, wait and see if cimicifuga takes it, if not were looking for a other remdy after cim, its seem to work as it shall, so just wait.

Talking

Hi, time for an update.
It's just two weeks since I took the cimicifuga and all in all I am feeling good I have had no headaches with visual disturbance and am a lot less agitated. Artificial light still bothers me and I seem to get very tired when I am working in it. After only being at work for 15 minutes I am yawning and finding concentration hard, but otherwise everything is much better.
Also the 3 warts on my first finger seem smaller and flatter. Could they be going?
Thnks so much for everything so far. I never thought things would improve so much so quickly. There really is light at the end of the tunnel !

That's wonderful for you and I'm sure Gm is delighted if only he were here to tell you himself. There's some problems on the BB and he is unable to post presently.

Hello everyone, time to check in again.
One month (nearly) since I first made contact and all is well. I can hardly believe how much less anxious I feel. No underlying panic, no headaches and no
disturbed vision
Just two things. Warts on my fingers are definately flatter, but two more are forming on other fingers. Can I do anything.
Also, hot flushes are very very bad and I feel I may need to return to using the oestrogen. Will this antidote the cimicifuga if I do ?
And if I don't is there anything I can do homeopathically for this symptom ?
Thankyou
