Question

Hello, my name is Debbie and I am 33 years old. I've been sick for 8 years now and am so frustrated. I've tried conventional medicine and was treated for lymes disease. After taking antibiotics for a year oral and I.V. I was no better. I'v tried accupuncture, colonics, vits and herbs, yoga, the works. The only things that partially works for me is homeopathics. My problem is that a remedy will seem to work for a day and then stops. I try to repeat but it won't work anymore. I then try a different remedy and sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes if I go back to a remedy after a while it will work again. I don't know what to do.

I am a single mother of a nine year old girl. Sometimes a feel very unloving towards her. The father has been no help and I resent that a little. He cheated and did drugs during our short marriage and then left to live his life.

My mother divorced my father when I was 5 and I remember her making me call him on the phone and telling him that I didn't want him to be my father anymore. She remarried a nice man who legally adopted me and gave birth to my brother. I never felt like I fit in with the family. I was different.

I was always pretty shy and wonder what others are saying about me. I feel like they will see that I am not as good as them, not like them. I am very insecure even with close friends. I had awful stomach aches in junior high and high school.

I love animals very much especially dogs. My dog gives me unconditional love. I am sensitive to cruelty to animals and children more than adults. I can't watch the nature channel because animals are dying.

I wan't so much for people to respect me and be proud of me.

I have a really nice body except for my torso. It bloats after eating and sometimes stays that way for weeks. I also hold water and extra fat in that area. I go to the gym, and the rest of my body responds. My symptoms are:
fatigue
red eyes
swollen eyelids
dry mouth
coated tongue
shaky hands
very dry hair and skin
I bite inside of cheeks
after sunbathing blisters on lip and chest
glands under jaw blow up so that i can hardly swallow or just stay sore
tightness in front of throat
severe palpitations-panic attacks (recent)
arms tire if I hold them up too long
sleep with arms above head or on side with a pillow between legs
always afraid robber will break in
bloated abdomen (better if I can pass gas, but difficult. I can wake in a.m. with completely flat abs eat food and look 5 months pregnant. If I take remedy and it works I will pass gas and abs will get flatter.
wake very tired with puffy face, under and above eyes
skin always seems to be holding water, anything on it too long leaves marks
legs sometimes go numb when sitting on toilet
sometimes pass stools a few times a day, hard, soft and sticky or very loose
sometimes little itchy bumps break out on body a few at a time
nails are very thick and are not flat they cure horizontally

My problem is that my symptoms seem to change all the time some are there always like the bloating. It almost seems like they come back on a regular basis.

I've tried just about every remedy there is and the ones that seem to help the most, but not consistantly are:

Nat Mur
Sepia
Thuya
Folliculinum
Sulphur

Am I close to the right remedy, but not there? Is that why they stop working? Nat Mur LM6 2 succ. will work one time and not again. Sepia 200c will work one time and not again. Folliculinum 1M the same etc.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are these remedies self prescribed or have you been seeing qualified homeopath?

1) sounds like you have food allergies

2) May be cooking utensils ie:-- Aluminium

3) Could well be Thyroid

I think perhaps some more full description details may be needed for Ricky to help

Yes, I have been treated by a homeopathic doctor. The first remedy he put me on was Thuya LM1 for months, with a little improvement in some areas. Then I was put on Nat Mar LM1 for months with some improvement. We also tried Lyco, Sulphur, Staph, Sepia, Nux Vomica, Lach. I was seeing him for years, but as I said some things would work on a few symptoms and only briefly. The time I tried Folliculinum and a lot of symptoms got better for 3 or 4 days.

A naturopathic doctor finally diagnosed me as having Candida and I was on that diet for months and I did see some results, but it is so hard to eat nothing but meat and only certain veggies, only 20 grams of carbs a day. It's hard to eat like that forever and the minute I would cheat I'd be right back in the same boat.

I do eat very low carbs now and it helps a little with the bloating, but even starchy veggies will do this to me. The problem is that while I'm eating like this to stop the bloating the rest of me is getting thinner and thinner and people are starting to say I'm too thin. Too thin with a huge belly!!!

Some other symptoms that I have are:
hard time falling asleep
noises (like bathroom fan or toilet running annoy me)
don't like heights or spiders
skin tags
freckles and moles on blody
very impatient
poor memory (I forget names right after told)
I crave salty foods and cheeses

I know I shouldn't have, but after years of seeing my homeopath (whom I love) I got fustrated and started self medicating with 30C remedies. I'm not giving up on homeopathy. Everyone asks why I believe when it hasn't cured me and I know that in time I will find the right remedy.

Thanks for your time and concern. I'm anxiously awaiting any suggestions.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I will get the remedy today. Do you suggest that I stay on my low carb/sugar diet while doing this or doesn't it make a difference?
Any specifics to avoid?

You have a multitude of problems. The phobias are easy to get rid of. Just read Dr. Harold Levinson's book: Phobia Free...It is in the Library or get it from the bookstore. I got rid of all mine & so did a couple of friends by taking the over- the- counter meds he lists in his book.

As for the intestines, I had many of those symptoms too & searched for months through old Medical books for the answer., I found it in Dr. B. Frank Scholl's Library of Health. Now I am healthy, thanks to him.
Here is the 10,000 year old Native American remedy for the intestines & urinary tract & sinuses:
Eat 3 tablespoons RAW pumpkin seeds once a week for life. You will find them in the health food stores. They must be RAW to work & the shells are removed for you.

I had pain all throughout my body & found this very old remedy also:
Day 1: Drink 1 gallon WHOLE milk
Day 2: Drink 1/2 gallon WHOLE milk
Thereafter: Drink 1 quart WHOLE milk daily.
I was pain free in just a few months.
The old book said it is the enzymes & hormones found in the butterfat of whole milk that the nerves need for proper function & regeneration. Other dairy products don't work. Just the milk.
Low fat diets cause permanent nerve damage. The Government made this announcement a few years back. I had been drinking skim milk for 2 years, and then I developed tremendous pain & had to use a motorized cart. Now I am normal.
The pumpkin seeds returned my dry thin hair to very thick & healthy in one year. Thicker than it has ever been in my life!! An old Indian lady says it works on the hormones.

Another thing, I also get water retention & bloating & this is how I control it.:
Eat one very large round, at least 1", slice of watermelon almost daily. Crack the seeds between the teeth & swallow them also. (They kill flukes). Flukes cause acid reflux and more.
You can also eat 8 asparagus spears daily. They are both diuretics & don't have the side effect that pills do, plus they have a lot of nutrition.
You could also have protozoans or amoebas or H. pylori. There is a blood test for the H. pylori & the meds (Metronidazole, flagyl)used to treat it will kill off the other bugs also.
Search the internet for H. pylori, giardia, intestinal parasite images, bacterial vaginosis.
I had everything except the H. pylori, but now I am well.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. It is so kind of you to take time out of your busy life to help with my problems. I will go to the health food store today and find the raw pumpkin seeds. I pray that they will help with the bloating. Is there any kind of reaction first when taking them and how long did you need to take them before you noticed improvement?

Yes I do drink skim milk, but I don't drink too much dairy (only in my tea). I had no idea that low fat diets were so bad. I do try to get my fats from extra virgin olive oil and some butter.

I have been eating the candida diet and this says I should have no dairy, no fruits, and no seeds. Do you think this will cause a big problem?

Oh, by the way you were right, I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis last month and was prescribed Flagyl. They gave me the option of pills or vaginal insertion. I chose vaginal because I thought it wouldn't be as bad for my body. Do you think I should ask for the oral?

Thanks again for being so nice.
