I do have a few non-stick pans of course, and the rest I donīt know, but I just tried with a magnet and it doesnīt sticks ( is that the right word?). Does that mean anything? How do I know what they are made of?

Hi - if the magnet doesn't stick - it is either Aluminum - or could be a mixture of metals....

probably better to be on the safe side...also,
Pat, don't the full-Aluminum pans have that certain sheen on them, that makes them easier to identify??

Lisa (Good luck VS...hang in there! )

Stainless steel should say stainless steel
generally they are always shiny ......do not go grey or black like aluminium

Non Stick are lethal as they are flouride on top of Aluminium
Aluminium always go grey/black but if you cook acidic things like rhubarb they go very light colour ......GET RID

Check every label ....check with your water company as to what they treat the water supply with
Coke cans are aluminium
Coke amd Sprite in bottles are OK but 7up and pepsi are not

Go back to eating ONLY fresh fruit veggies, meat and eliminate all possible sources of Aluminium and its my bet you will Start to improve

Cool

Ok,so I stopped taking the birth-controll pills and I was taking Puls. Iīm ok, Iīm not crying anymore : BUT, an old problem reoccured. Pain in right ovary, worse in the morning when Iīm getting up, than in the afternoon, in the moment when Iīm sitting down and than aching and radiating towards my back. Also painful coition...(I know, there is a very good solution: eliminate the eliciting factor My menses is also strange, (as it was before), after two-three days it stops for two days, than itīs back again...
So, whatīs next?
