I am writing for help with my son. He is 3 and 1/2 years old. Here is some info, please tell me where I need to elaborate: He is my first child, I had 4 miscarriages before him, I was on progesterone therapy for the first trimester, and had preterm labor the last trimester and was on bedrest). I had him easily at a birth center and he breastfed happily, but never burped, always smiled, everyone loved him. He was a quick learner, walked at 8-9 months, ran shortly thereafter. After he started walking, he started changing...we thought it was the age. It is hard to explain. He was chasing shadows on the wall at 5 months, he was like a star, just so smart and innovative, then his fire inside him seemed to burn down. I can't think of a better way to explain it.... When he was 2, we figured out that the food he loved was hurting him. We took out the milk products and he was much better, no screaming in the bath (up to 3 years old, the bath was a terror to him-he liked the idea and wanted in-then high pitched screaming), finally more solid bowel movements. But still problems sometimes, so we went to an allergist, who diagnosed tons of allergies but we ignored all that never bother him, but soy. We started a diet history and figured out soy was a big factor. I gave him one spoon of a soy based product on accident and he swelled up, face tongue, lips, and started uncontrollable screaming. So we just avoid soy/milk. Everything here is made with "veg oil" meaning soy, so this means at sometime, he gets some, and it becomes a BIG problem, acting out, screaming and crying for no reason, not sleeping... We moved overseas 3 months ago from the US, if this is a factor. Muhammad is not the average 3 year old, he has been described as 3 going on 15. He is argumentative, constantly talking, wants what he "wants". He bursts into tears easily;, says "don't make me grumpy". Seems overly concerned that everyone is "happy". He has stomach pains and diarrhea, even without the soy/milk products now. The stools are brown, runny, and smelly (can smell them from one end of the house to the bathroom). He has gas. He is a cool person, can wear a coat in 90 degree weather without sweat (might give him bumps under his head on his neck though). Loves warm clothing, begs for boots and winter coats. Craves salt, potatoes, cheese, lamb, eggs, milk, ice cream (even though never had it). Craves attention, wants people to listen to him. If we discourse, or joke , he slaps both ears with his hands and goes, "aaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!< stop people, stop". Fiercely protective of me, if my husband says something to me jokingly, my husband will run to him, hit and attack him-and not playfully, and say, "be nice to mommy!!" He has a little sister-1 year old, and is soooooo jealous. He is also extremely loving, to her and others, you can see them hugging and playing ![]() He is always needing a hug, loves to hug kiss all the time. When he is oversensitive and cries-he neeeeeds a hog, when he does something bad -he needs a hug!!!-and so on. Loves to be outside, loves to run. In social situations, timid and looks down. He doesn't engage anyone, especially kids. Appears to be afraid of kids, and runs when they get too close sometimes. If there is one kid that comes everyday, he will play with them, but especially outside or in a large area, or lots of kids, he just sits next to one of his parents. He hates to sleep, will lay in bed for 3 hours avoiding it. At times, hear him say something in his sleep as he turns over. He doesn't appear to have nigntmares. WIll not sleep on his own, even in our room on the floor. When he wakes up, everyone "has to" wake up, or he stands and taunts us, this is a new thing, and extremely annoying. He wakes around 9, and goes to sleep around midnight. He loves to be tickled, and asks for it. He loves to read, extremely. He is over sensitive, if i say no, he is in tears and runs to his room. He is very intelligent, and precocious-understanding way beyond his years. He makes life difficult for himself sometimes. He is fair with fair skin, but can darken-skin, doesn't burn. Once you get to know him, you love him, he is often loved by others. The homeopath tried nat mur, and too many others to name-i cant remember them all- really confused the situation. last homeopth visit was april. she gave nat mur. Thank you all, Um Muhammad (muhammad's mom) |

Thank you GM,
I do recall my midwife who sees him at every appt, suggesting cal carb, and us doing a low dose, and seeing improvement, this was about 18 months ago. We were new to homeopathy, and our homeopath had other ideas for him. I have a few options regarding the cal carb- I live in a country where homeopathy is illegal, so it is difficult to get remedies. I will try to call around as much as I can to try to get these potencies(i have low potencies-30c), but my options I have now-I can wait until the end of Sept and get it brought in from the US with a friend, or give a lower dosage. Please advise, Um Muhammad |

I thought of more stuff.
He has no vaccines ever, never had an antibiotic, never had the flu, thanks be to God he has been healthy. Also, dislikes cold food a lot. Oh yes, the homeopaths that I have seen in this country here have all used what I think are water potencies, could you advise on the usage of them in my son's case, please. Thanks again, and on the search for the potencies I need, Um Muhammad |

SOY is heavy with Aluminium this could well be the problem
What do you cook food in What is the water treated with Its hard sometimes with a child to tell whats going on but strongly suspect that Aluminium is upsetting his equilibrium |

You can have the remedies mailed over to you.
For a list of suppliers, click on "home", then on "remedy suppliers". Several people on this BB have recommended Freemans in the past (they're based in the UK). Charlotte |

if you have 30 c, get a 100ml bottle, fill this 2/3 with water, put one pill in it, let it dissolve, then hit the bottle ten times agaist a book or someting like it, take one drop from that into a half glass of water, stir vigourously, from that amount take one spoon as medication.
If yoyu want to keep the bottle fresh add alcahol, (brandy) till it keeps app 10% alcahol, this for conservation, water rot after three days. And , it may be needed, to adjust the dose later. |

Thank you GM,
I will do what you said regarding the remedy. As for cookware, in the states, we used cast iron, glass, and aluminum also. Here we use a non-stick skillet and I guess aluminum pots (what else is there-I sound real ignorant but except for castiron /glass/aluminum????). Oh, did I mention my son is a motor mouth, he seems to have the inability to stop talking all day. Also, my son has a pot belly and thin elsewhere, he used to be huge as a baby, and so chubby. Now he is thin with a distended abdomen, especially after eating. (We live on the 4th floor, lots of stairs every day, and easily 100 degrees regularly, and loves to run, so we don't know if this is relevant or coincidental). Son often complains after eating that his belly hurts. Thanks again, and I'll tell you how it's coming along, Um Muhammad |

Found a homeopathic doctor that can get the remedies for me as i have not got all of those you mentioned.
In my health history, I am a foster child given up as a baby, it had mentioned that my grandfather died of TB. Kind of weirdly, Muhammad acts more like he was left without a family instead of me, we call him "lil orphan muhammad". please see my other message-miscarriage in the discussion forum. Thank you, and will soon start treatment |
