Nothing special on being cold or warm.
Nothing special about likes and dislkes, food.

Why give the child so many remedies? Surely it is only in one state at one time. Tub sounds good but are they usually affectionate like that? Is the child jealous of other people taking the mother's attention away? Is he afraid people will comment about something particular about him? Fear to be laughed at is a Baryta symptom but he doesn't sound like Baryta carb.

I also was doubtful about Tub. because of the affectonate behaviour, but then I saw it more as a sexual behaviour.
Herscu mentions that it Tub children can be very sexual.
