In any case, the primary symptom for which I used phos 30 c was a tightness in my chest, especially around my heart. Other symptoms included being porous to energy around me and ongoing cracking of the inner part of my nostrils. The calc carb 1M, which I have not taken for about 18 months now, was a constitutional remedy chosen by my physician. I do not know his full assessment but do know that the day after I took the first dose, numerous cracks in my heels healed (this had been an ongoing problem). With the second dose, I began to cough up a yellow or even greenish phlegm, which he assured me was how the remedy was beginning to "clean house."

I will be away studying for a week so will not be able to respond to any other questions that may clarify my case until then.

Now I am back for a few days and realized that I only half answered your questions. The spots in my visual field are a vitrious detachment in the right eye, initially with some flashes of light that stopped. The first dose of phosphorus seemed very positive. I felt a dramatic emotional shift with much new energy and a good sense of where I could make contributions and use this energy wisely. Overall, it was easier to do what I could do and not worry about what I could not do.

I am back and interested in any responses. After consulting my homeopathic physician, I have taken a quarter dose of phos 1 M.

what do you mean exactly by a quarter dose of Phos 1M

I just learned of this concept from my homeopathic physician- relying on the theory that the amount of the remedy (say five pellets or two if using pellets) makes a difference. I used a powder with 1/4 of what is considered a full dose. The intent, as I understand it, is to work with less of the remedy for people who respond very immediately and intensely to remedies. I surely do not explain it as clearly as the practioner does, but this is my attempt. Have you worked with this theory before?

one dose means one poppy sized pellet in a glass of water. thats it. one dose is not 5 pellets. and I also agree taking repeated dose after dose for weeks and or months is not homeopathy. your own healing force (vital force ) needs time to respond. to bombard remedies into your body is what allopaths do with perscription drugs.

One dose is the same if you take one pillule or 1000 at the same time!! So your 1/4 "dose" is no different than taking the whole dose!!
