I met with a cousin today who just developed carpal tunnel syndrome in his right wrist. The symptoms are pain in wrist on movement that travels up to his shoulder. Worse with movements like turning a doorknob. He works on the computer all day.
Any Thoughts? |

we need more info, personality, emotionals, mentals, aggrevations, feels better when, physical description of patient. etc.......homeopathy works on the totality of a person not on a particular ailment.

You are probably right in over use through typing
BUT carpal tunnel syndrome is very often one of the first symptoms of an underactive thyroid which goes unrecognised untill much much later often after the person has had surgury on their wrists |

Thanks all. I will gather more info when he returns from a trip but for now can tell you he is 49 years old, heavy set (most members of the family on that side are) but very healthy. Dark complected (Italian descent). Has pock-marks from bad acne as a teenager. The wrist pain is from computer (mouse) use. His mother had surgery for carpal tunnel a few years ago(she was a seamstress). I don't know what, other than resting it, makes it better or worse. He is very intelligent and respected in his field. He plays guitar and sings for a hobby.
Will gather more info later but appreciate first thoughts! |
