Question

hello, yes I've done liver/gallbladder flushes, but may I suggest first take an ultrasound to be sure the stones(if any) are not in a dangerous spot (duct, etc)If one is hypo or diabetic I suggest 6-8 tablets of spirulina a day when on liquids only.fruit juices are high natural sugar.even if you dont pass anything, just giving the liver a rest with just a liquid diet once every few months helps a lot. a slice of raw beet a day is good for liver all year round.
My tests of ultrasound and catscan are o.k.(no stones, no mass) but confusing to me, as I still am not digesting food well.Have no focal abnormalities other than folds in the gallbladder, and slight pancreatic duct dilatation.the abdominal aorta has some wall calcifications
GM do I just continue with the Cheld 200, or go back to 30.added Pancreatin which has protease,Lipase,Amylase to help digest food.guess everything slows down at 83,usually i eat fresh pineapple with each meal but will be travelling to Seattle next week and want to be a little more prepared having to eat out a little when there. Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

I've read over the gall bladder flush site and I'm still unclear on the instructions... how much are you to take and how often?
