s and boy I feel so much bettre. My stools have stabilsied, no longer sticky st
ools.
Also my acid reflux has improved almost 80-90%.
Shoudl I continue Merc Sol???

Yeah,,,supression works well..till it returns with a vengeance..one have tp pay for wanting easy solutions..socalled solutions..

And how do you know? it migh as well be petroleum that did the job, what you have done is mix remedies, not letting it work alone the time its supposed to work!
And mercurius is not represented in the scanty symptomepicture you have given..so, if it works it supress, and even if it dont work, it is able to create new troubles. But its your problem, not mine.
What you do, is called riding two horses at the time..with all the problems that will inflict..or cause..now no one knows what is going on, and if you get troubles..who will bother to take the long work for free,to untangle this mess? What you have done, cause of impatience, is messing up things.

Does Mercurius have side effects?
Also I waited for a wwek with petroleum and Sepia and there was not a little improvement.
Howver th e moment I took Mercurius does next day my stool became normal. Isn'yt mercurius indiacetd for irritable bowels? Then ther as subseuwnet improbemenyt in acid reflux so i thinmit has wokrked and I am almost free from this problem..

Have you checked into whether you have candida or not...have you taken many antibiotics over the last few years? I had a similar problem and a naturopath diagnosed candida gave me some homeos and herbs and it totally went away. Good luck.
