I am not a qualified Homeopath but from what i know unless Nat Mur is known as your Constutional remedy i cant see its correct prescription for grief

Usually that sort of prescribing uses Ignatia for grief which is known to have people crying buckets for a few days but then they bounce back

What potency is the Nat Mur and i trust you are not taking the same potency every day because it should be diluted more and more each day if you are taking it that way

In which case its being used as a Constitutional remedy

Depends on the Potency as to what aggravations you will get

many really good Homeopaths only use Q Potencies

theres more on them if you search this forum

Default natrum mur

my part that fits natrum is mostly he emotional and mental/personality part.

so does that mean aggravations are a good thing? or that the remedy might be wrong?

dosage of mine is 3/4 tsp put in glass of water then only take 3/4tsp from that water

i cant tell you whether Nat Mur is right or wrongor whether you should expect aggravation/tiredness only a homeopath can do that

sounds like you are taking LM potencies

Nat-mur. certainly does have grief: fhttp://homeoint.org/books/kentrep/kent0050.htm#P51. They're generally morose people who keep to themselves because they're paranoid about what other people think of them. In fact, they usually think that other people think the worst things about them.

Nat-M is for grief on the chronic level; Ignatia is more acute. If you are treated for chronic insomnia caused by grief emotional shock and get tired and kind of feel tired but calm the next day, then this would be a good sign. How is your sleep now? If you feel aches then this could be an aggravation or returning of an old symptom if you had that in the past.
