My 41 yr old daughter is having severe pain in her right heel. It is worse when she first wakes up...extremely sensitive, or sitting for long periods of time. There is no swelling. She has had this for about three weeks, confined to the right heel area, has gotten worse in the last week. She has had no injurgy and changing shoes doesn't make any difference.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
