Nosodes has its place in Homeopathy, when picked after homeopathys laws, and not by supressing, used allopathically,this is on the other hand forbidden.

Frankhart you are misinterpreting the very passages you are quoting. What is identified are acute miasms with a known course to which a genus epidemicus may be applicable. This is not the same as you are suggesting, which is in fact isopathy and not homeopathy.

I have read that aspergillus niger has cancergenic features.
That's why bread with black mold should not be eaten.
Does this may-be justify the use of the nosode? I mean if it's clear that the aspergillus sits in the sinus. I think a clear homeopathic picture should be drawn, of the person who has got that inffection, in-order to get the homeopathic cure done, with the remedy that fits him.
