Default Where to start?

So hi to all, first post, think it'll be a long one so here goes.....

Yrs ago when I was 16 (currently 26) I had a footballing injury, but wasn't instant and like a fool I thought it'd get better. I was a keeper divin about and I landed onme left shoulder pretty hard. After the match everythin was achin but all the achin stopped, but shoulder was still giving me "a bit of jip" nothin more.

Anyhoo over the years it's degraded and now it's to a really bad point where I can't lift my arm more than an inch or 2 even with keepin my shoulder still without it causing a strong pain in my shoulder. It's also effected the grip my hand has, reactions and all the rest of it.

It's complicated to explain, but the doctors won't listen because they believe my problems are caused by an epidermoid cyst that was found last year during a CT head scan and now thats the cause of everythin in there eyes now.

So I was thinkin of trying to take matters into my own hands and try things myself because I know it's because of that football injury and not my head.

I believe it's some kind of trapped nerve/crush injury but apart from that I'm clueless.

Is there anythin in the homeopathy world I could try? Where do I start?

Thanks for reading

James

Firstly you have what in medical terms is called a frozen shoulder. There is a number of remedies for that but where to start -> find a homeopath in your area
