BEN5 I have used 200 potency for about 2 years now and have never had an aggravation. I don't think I have "accidentally antidoted" either. My Homeopath follows the same basic thinking of Frank Hicks. If the remedy is correct, the only precaution is: refrain 1/2 an hour before taking a remedy and 1/2 hour after the remedy of food, liquids, smoking, strong smells, etc. I think one of the important things to remember is not to repeat the potency. I know of others that have repeated the same potency or jumped to another remedy too quick (of the same potency) and have had problems. If you have used 200, and have had no change in your symptoms, ask what your Homeopath thinks is the next potency to try. Sometimes there will be a change so slight that you did not notice, but your Homeopath feels is a change in the right direction. Your Homeopath might then prescribe another remedy to complement the one that has made that slight change and opened up the picture to a new remedy. (Most of us have more than 1 problem and I have learned that layers need to be "peeled off") There is alot more experience on this page than I could ever hope to have, so if there is a conflict, please listen to the others. Sometimes, though, it pays to listen to many others advice. I really do think that seeing a Homeopath in person is good advice.

Most of the cases, show supression or wrong remedie, if many symptomes, if many new ones newer had before..thats no agg, but they who dont know what they do call it that, and keep on supressing, and wrigth a book like that.
Some will get ags, but thats cause the potence then is not correct for that person, and a responbinsible homeopat dont let aggs go on longer than 48 houers, depending on their severety, befor he intervenes.
A chek up is due three days after taking the rem, or if agg, immidiatly. Wrong is to be corrected.Using higher potences, may give more severe problems, so thats not advisable. LM is better then, but not the only one, cause problems are not only in layers, but also in levels, and each potence adress different levels..in that particular level, so to get all in the sweep, all potences is used.
