Peppermint Cravings!

Hello,
a friend has developed in the past 2 months a strengthening craving for peppermint.
Its so bad now that they drive past a shop and have to buy a packet or two of Extra strong mints and eat the whole lot within a couple of minutes!!
This lady is around 48yrs old.
Been on Herbal Agnus Castus for past 4 months to regulate hormones and menses.
Otherwsie healthy and happy.

Any suggestions as to help reduce this craving or what might be causing it??
