Default Nat-m depression and Crying ?

Hello everyone...I am still a beginner and I am just dealing with a depressed Nat-m case . After few days of the remedy there are flactuations in the mood happening without any physical changes yet...feel bad in the morning and much better at the night and sometimes it's good all the day..and sometimes just neutral...besides the flactuations in mood, the patient is now more open and sharing thoughts with me.

I wonder when Nat-m is able to cry after the remedy..does it take too much time like months or only few weeks ? . My patient hasn't cried yet and feel no tendeny for it though before the remedy there was a little tendeny but was resisted by the patient.

Is crying a must thing to see when curing Nat-m ? and If it doesn't happen, does this mean we are wrong ?

I've started with 200C since depression and lack of energy was the chief complaint beside other physical ones like hair loss and binge eating and constipation..

Thank you.

In Nat-mu desire for salt and dislike for sweets is a peculiar symptom.Cry- symptom of mind in this remedy the important symptom of mind is :
Psychic causes of disease; ill effects of grief, fright, anger, etc.
Depressed, particularly in chronic diseases.
Consolation aggravates.
Irritable; gets into a passion about trifles.
Awkward, hasty.
Wants to be alone to cry.
Tears with laughter.

Before selecting the remedy its better to go through MM .And crying is not a must thing but the tendency to cry when alone may be considered when selecting Nat-m ?Its my own opinion.
Thanks

It's a chronic depression for a female and she has been on anti-depressant and hypnotics for years. She's 26 yrs old and had many troubles with 3 relationships besides others in work which she quit .
I just want to know what I should expect as first signs of improvement...and what are the aggrevations that I have to notice ?

Thanks in advance

Default Nat. Mur.?

Just a few keynote symptoms of nat. mur -consolation aggravates-to be considered If very strongly marked; laughing to the point of tears flowing{ as if there is simply an overabundance of tears, not from any sudden emotional change from happiness to sadness}- considered by some to be a golden symptom when considering nat. mur. Lesser known symptom May be excessive sleepiness after last meal of evening;may also be dry patches of skin in certain portions of body concomitant with excessive tearing, for example as if there is a lack of homogeneity of distribution of moisture between different parts of body; usually marked dislike for eating fatty or "slimy" foods; a person who is usually hard to wake up in morning-maintaining grogginess for a longer time than would be expected. one case of mine greatly improved after taking nat. mur. with this last symptom. As I do, have gone a little farther than I thought, but this was written on the spur of the moment- hope these give you greater insight, because if you are still using nat. mur., only in my opinion you may have not have found correct simillimum. Best Regards, Fredric.
