Yrs. ago I owned a book[can't remember the title or author} that went into great depth explaining primary reactions and secondary reactions concerning intake of gross substances and potentized rem. of same substance.
When someone drinks a cup of coffee, the body initially recognizes the caffeine, for only a split second, as a sleep inducing substance{primary reaction} and immediately overreacts to this, and vital force steps in, reflexively, producing biochemical reactions that do the opposite and crude coffee acts on many as a stimulant.
This is why coff., in potency produces {as long as it is not used too often} is widely accepted as a sleep aid.
With opium, {simplistically}, reverse process occurs.
I only offer this to those whose curiosity constantly drives them to the uncovering of core truths and a richer understanding of why homeopathy can work such wonders!

But then Nature throws us for a loop by having people that show symptoms of the exact polar opposite.
Example you mentioned;
coffee with most gets people wired/loads of energy/can't sleep after drinking it. (stimulant)
Those that are polar opposite have 180 degree the flipside happening.

The human body is not as predictable as we might hope.

On another subject but somewhat related;
Within the practice of kinetic muscle testing the practicioner can reverse this polarity within minutes.

In your reply to thread primary ,secondary symptoms you mentioned kinetic muscle testing that could reverse polarity in very short time. I would be keenly interested in getting knowledge on any tech equipment { including principles of "radionics"} if these are still being considered. Thank you, Fredric.
