I have no growth of lactobascillus species or e.coli, and overgrowth of klebsiella pnumonae, and enterobacter cloacae. Ive been sick for 10 months. I finally found out that i was lacking any growth of lactobascillus species.

Ive been breaking out in hives everyday, acid reflux, joint, muscle and bone pain, insomnia, brain fog, swollen lymphnodes. Ive been unable to work.

Sounds a bit like you have symptoms caused by iatrogenics(directly to the prescription drugs taken).
There are a massive amount of adverse effects caused by the intake of allopathics (prescription drugs) this starts the onset of secondary symptoms (as posted by you).
The best way is to seek an apt. with a classical homeopath and have a full casetaking done,these complex symptoms need to be addressed in person holistly.And not by the intake of even more toxic allopathics.
