I'm off on holiday next week and I really hate flying. Any tips.
Also I sometimes have trouble sleeping on holiday. I go off to sleep easily but wake much earlier than I would really like to.We are only going to the Greek islands so jet lag is not a problem!

I have always given Arg. Nit. 30 I dose night before, one dose that morning and another half hour before getting on the plane. It has worked for everyone I have prescribed it for however I remember when this topic came up a while back other homeopaths knew of other remedies that had been helpful.

Fear of flying, it will probably cure it, instead of palliate it, AS RICKY SUGGEST TO DO.

GM - maybe it was you who suggested another remedy other than Arg Nit last time. For a cure to take place don't some of the other proving symptoms have to take place? I do realise that people didn't fly in Clarke's day as they do now so I presume your knowledge is from clinical experience. Have you had many cures from fear of flying with this remedy and how do you recommend it is taken? Thank you.
