Default Lightheadedness

Hello, I'm trying to find a remedy for a friend of mine. Last October she was walking down the street, and suddenly felt as if the ground was slipping away, as if she would faint. Since then she has been having frequent episodes of lightheadedness. Nothing wrong was found on any tests.
Feels a little better if lays down. Temperature rises to 37.5 Celsius. Blood pressure drops.
Bad headache. eye pain. Pressure in head. Feeling of chilliness inside whole body or in certain parts.
Pain close to heart, sometimes as if not enough oxygen. Right arm goes numb at night. Sometimes left one, too. Sometimes feels worse in a store or during active movement. Sometimes ringing and pressure in ears.
When standing or sitting, the body begins to sway from side to side.

The first remedy that comes to mind is Asarum.. But I'm wondering if anybody has any better suggestions? Thank you.

My advice is not to treat superficially but go deep by detailed case taking,as the symptoms shows many serious significances. There may be neurologica, cardiac,or ear balance(Meiner's) or other problems. If we treat patient constitutionally it will cover.Remedies like chin sulph, acid phos etc may help temporarily

I do agree with Pannakkal. "not to treat superficially but go deep by detailed case taking". But in urgent necessity to give the patient ease you can use biochemic remedies Kaliphos 6X and Ferrum Phos 12X ,10/12 tabs each diluted in 4 Oz of hot water and giving 1 table spoon every 30 minutes and making the gap upto 3hrs. After the patient gets the streangth other symptoms may be collected and tests may be made by keping the symptoms of kaliphos and ferrumphos in mind . I have experienced such cases mostly with persons working with computers more then 12 hours per day.

This is a condition of manifest of Psora plus symptoms of Tuberculous intoxication. The chiefly damage of the circulation system, therefore Asarum is not a very useful remedy, because this remedy is prescribed when a nerves system is extremely sensitive. Here All symptoms are "hypo". This necessary the remedy of Tuberculous miasm and 200c potency.
