Prolapse of ani started 10 yrs back with fissure.At the time of hard stool Anus came out a little and by applying ointment prescribed by an allopath pushing it in. Now it comes out more in size with every stool (hard and soft)and one side of it cracked(fissure), by applying ointment pushing it in with hardship. Patient aged 55, lean height5'10" wight 57kg.Works with computer for 10 to 12 hours a day.Drinks less water due to frequent urination.BP 146/86,Random Blood sugar 120,Fasting 82,a chain smoker, likes open air,dislikes patato, califlower, cabbage,dislikes milk, mashroom,likes meat,salty food,takes 4 to 5 cups of tea. Sexual desire more but ED.Feels as if weak.Sleeplessness.Urinaion every 2hrs in the night.Rises to urinate. Pain in cervical portion,near scapula,left hand pain some times.With out any sexual relation for years.Occasionaly once in a year or not.Emission in sleep some times. Back acke. flat wrats in pubic portion, hip joint, wrats in lower lip of eyes.Black hair with dandruf,dried lips,loose teeth 3rd molar in right side lower jaw and 3rd molar not loose but pain some times in upper jaw of left side.Sleeps for a hour or two after meal in the afternoon, frequent rise for urination hinders sleep again. Loss of appetite, fear for hard stool or prolapse.
Two years back taken homoeopathic remedy Ruta LM 1,3,5,7,9 and Bio combination-17 but no effects.

Thanks for your response.Ans for ur questions as below:
prolapse modalities ? Anus comes out with swelling and with a small opening to pass stool in every time of passing stool (hard or soft)
what makes it better ? cold water
what makes it worse ? sitting and or driving vehicle,taking non-veg foods,straining.
Emotional and mental side:
Listless, sad,thoughts of suicide,extreme restlessness,feeling of intense lassitude, weakness and despair.
