Hi,
It is very tough to find Homeopaths in my city. So I am requesting your attention to my problem. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I suffer from recurring sinus infection. The cause of this is possibly a slightly deviated septum ( towards left). the Dr. advised against an operation since the deviation was small enough to give any improvement. The symptoms that I have are :irratation at the root of the left nose. A constant desire to sneeze but unable to. eyes feel kind of strained, dry and red. headache at the root of the nose and at the centre of the head . occasional ringing in the ear. head feels heavy and easily tired( w/ a kind of dizziness) after just a couple of hours of engineering work. Nose( mostly left side) remains blocked most of the time when in upright position . During sleep (lying) depends on the position of sleep ( side farther away from the bed is open).
Symptoms aggravated by : cold drinks and food.
Symptoms relieved by : hot drinks, active sports.

Other details
i am a 25 yr old male, lean in construction. I have a relatively weak immune system .Digestive system is weak too ( have water brash problem ). Pretty nervous by nature. I have a sweet tooth and like to chew on something(snacks, sometimes finger nails) frequently.

I have been reading on line resources and found:
Arsenic, Belladonna, Hepar Sulph, Kali Bich, Spigella.

Any suggestions ?

Thank you GM, reason, I asked for mental symptoms, just for learning, mental symptoms are important in finding a remedy, Reason, I said Lyco, it’s complementary of Calc. Lyco-better, by motion.

CALCAREA CARBONICA:
Modalities.--Worse, from exertion, mental or physical; ascending; cold in every form; water, washing, moist air, wet weather; during full moon; standing. Better, dry climate and weather; lying on painful side. Sneezing (pain in head and nape).
Complementary: Bell; Rhus; Lycop; Silica.
Also Ameliorations : Exercise—Alumn, Brom, Plb, Rhus-t, Sep.

The key is sport..rhus t is first but not the chronic one. second key is excercise amel..note it in..perspiration amel...is a subrubric, details..is of importance..mentals..can be interpreted both by the patient and you, cause of the massmedia popularizion from moneyhungry agressive shrinks, and pshycologists...and you find even this bull, as a theaching in certain homeoapty schools, thats why homeopathy has so few suxesses..on of ten homeopats is able to do a job..

Thanks Gary,GM for ur responses. Yes, I feel better by moving aggressively. The reason being, active motion causing my nose to run and partly clears my sinuses. Also I do have digestive problems along w/ the sinus headache. That too is better by active motion. Other mentals that u asked for:
Mental : Nervous, not very confident. Have a kind of mental block. Believe I won't be able to do something and psychologically I am not able to do it.
Thanks
