Both are energetic forms of medicine. In homeopathy remedy has action on vital force which in China is called chi. One modality at a time IMO. How could you assess what is doing what? They would interfere with each other's effectiveness with confusing messages. Both are effective IMO but not at same time.

What about shiatsu (acupressure)? Is it compatible with homeopathy? I am considering some shiatsu treatment for some "aches and pains" although I am also about to take a remedy.

How long a gap should be between homeopathic treatment and something like shiatsu or acupuncture? What would be compatible with homeopathy?

In the past postings,I noted GM prefer
Chiropractic as an associate treatment with
homeopathy.A chiropractic told me that T6
corresponds to Stomach.T10 to Kidney.
T8 to spleen.S3 to hemorrhoid.
It is still not easy to explan clearly.
Attend to your commend.

I have occasionally had accupuncture along with my homeopathic treatment with the utmost success. In fact at one point it was the accupuncture that cleared up a chronic cough the next day when homeopathy professionally prescribed could not. I find that generally speaking, the two can compliment very well. The homeopath listens to symptoms and observes signs which the accupuncturist also does, but with the addition of listening to the pulses etc...
Both therapies (with expert practitioners) I find can compliment each other as I have ascertained from my own healing experience.

I was listening to a homeopathic doctor's speech when someone asked a question like yours. She replied that if you had to use both it would be a good idea to distance the treatments from each other.
For example, if you took your remedy today wait 1-2 weeks before you have your accupuncture treatment. That way you could see if they were any improvements.
She also mentioned that, depending to what you are receiving accupuncture for, they each access a different level of the energy force. They each give a message according to what you want the energy force to do.
I am not an expert in this matter but I figured I would pass that info to you.
Perhaps you could read more about it and help you in your search.
Good luck.

A chiropractic, is merely the assistent of a homeopat, internal diseas, problems, manifest in dislocations of the vertebraes..and no homeopatic remedie cant set those back in place, a hand must do that, and it can also slow, or block remedies, if not put back in place.
All this, is under the supervision of the homeopat, the chiropractic is the homeopats tool, and no treatment.
And, it cant be resembled with acupunture, or acupressure or shiatsy, or other obscure energetics treatments or whatever.
I see that some enjoys to obscure the picture, well, obscurety belongs to the enjoyer, not to a homeopat.
A homeopat, knwos what he does, otherwise he has earned the title "dabbler", and is a damage to homeopathy!

My homeopathy practioner does not advice accupunture either. She also advises to stay away from electric blankets, sonic dental treatments, etc while taking remedies.
But to the accuPRESSURE question. I have for a long time applied pressure (when needed) to a particular point on my son's neck which releives his headaches. Could this be interfering with his remedy? He also does it himself.(he presses very hard on a spot until the headache subsides.)
I also have used pressure points on myself.
I have not used "accupressure" from a "trained" standpoint. Only from a point of a long-standing INTUITION of the amount of pressure and where it needs to be applied in order to bring relief from pain or discomfort.
The question is....does this interfere with homeopathy??
thanks
