Patient age 55 yrs. Male married 2children.
NIDDM since 1988. Devoloped nausea, s/t vomitting,
and contd. hiccough in 1998. Regular physician failed to diagnse the case for 2 months. being a relative asked my help. Lab reports increased BUN s/creatinine etc. I put him on sulphanilimide 30 and qds. Occasionaly he needed Eal serum.
Suddenly he devoloped blindness. Op/scopy revealed copious retunal heamorrhage result of hyper-tension. He was also taking needed antihypertensive. after laser therapy and Arnica and Phosphorus his vision>>.
But then after almost 3 years he devoloped same above symptoms with further high Kidney failure parameters. This time Eal serum, Sulphanilimide
also Ars. Alb. Cup.ars even Cortisone 30
could not help. now he is on dial;ysis but not very happy.

Sorry about late reply.
I have used only 30c potency of Apocynum a couple of times in my practice, although not in such a serious case. It should bear repetition as necessary, as it is a non-poisonous plant remedy.
It has been taken frequently by a patient who had no aggravation, with amelioration the first day.
