I am writing this for my father who is 70 years old and has been diagnosed with advanced stage of prostate cancer.

An Orchidectomy was done last month and he is at present normal. The regions identified with metastasis are the Lumbar 5th vertibrae and the medial femoral condyl(left).

At the moment he is on allopathic medication and the doctors say further treatment will be done according to the severity of the symptoms as and when they occur(Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy etc).

I am writing this to know whether there is any homeopathic medicines that he can take at this stage.

I would appreciate any suggestions in this regard.

Three months back, I was searching for homeopathic treatment for my sister with hodgkin's cancer, stage-4, 3rd recurrence. I narrowed it down from 65 homeopaths of India, Pakistan, Germany, Holland and Switzerland to Dr. Ramakrishnan (AUR) www.drramakrishnan.com, he practices in Madras, India and specializes in treating cancer cases with homeopathy. He has over 30 years of work experience (one catch though is that he is expensive). My sister's cancer is not responding to homeopathic remedies as yet. If you are interested, I can keep you posted.
Here are my pointers for you based on my experience so far, if you choose Dr. AUR or whoever you want, before starting the treatment, get the medical tests carried out to determine the exact stage of cancer (PSA; FPSA and ratio etc.) then start the medicine. These tests are absolutely necessary to determine if the medicine is working or not. Get those tests carried out again after 4 weeks. If the medicine is working it will arrest the cancer growth within 4 weeks or at least slow it down markedly. If it is not doing this, don't waste time and discuss with your doctor to change remedy or look elsewhere. Remember, in treating cancer you have a race against time, you can't afford to sit and expect things to work.
Other than Dr. AUR, two other doctors that I have found to be simply superb are Dr. Rajan Sankaran (www.sakaransclinic.com) and Dr. Leela & David (www.homeopathy2health.com).I hope this info has been helpful to you.
I would also like to mention that based on my personal observation, chemo or radiation don't offer a cure and only are stop-gap arrangements. They do more harm in the long run than advantage. I don't have any medical basis to say this, but only from experience. Keeping your father's age in perspective, I would say to go with homeopathy ASAP.
