Because this is considered 100% incurable and deadly by allopathic medicine, it seems a basic measure of homeopathic success to know if anyone under homepathy has survived, or had degeneration slowed, or halted, or even had functional ability increased. I am a researcher in health without access or time to search all the repertories. I have been told that arg-nit; cuprum; hypericum (St. John’s Wort); lath; and plumbum have "helped" but I do not know the extent.Please let me know -- a friend has ALS; Thank you.

No particular remedy will help, they who have told you that, is not homeopaths, but fakes.
Homeopathy, is a individual treatment,( remedies is handpiced to the patient, giveing the psossibilty that all remedies can help, if you find the correct one, thats in the first layer) and in a chronic case like this,several remedies over long time, + diet restrictions..is to be used.
Personally, i cant say ive heard of sutch a case, but that is not any excuse not to try to help it out.
But, its as with cancer, if this has progressed to far, its nothing that will help.
