My periods are very heavy and I am severe anaemic. Regular medicine has not helped me much. Please let me know if there is any alternative/home medicine available which can cure me of my heavy loss of blood during my periods and also cure my anaemia.

My periods are regular, very heavy, last for 5 days with heavy bleeding till the 4th day and start every 21st day. So you will observe that the gap between two periods is also very small.
