otherhealth.com will soon be 2 weeks old and we are hoping to appoint a few Moderators to help manage the day-to-day running of the various forums and also stimulate the site's growth. Our current Moderators are doing a fine job; however, with the increased traffic and new features, I'm sure they need the help.

Moderators will help generate new discussions while keeping the current discussions on topic and will have the ability to enforce the BB Rules.

To be eligible to become a Moderator, the key requirements are that:

• a) you must have made at least 75 posts to the BB;
• b) you must have sufficient time to moderate the forum as frequently as possible.
• c) You are mature, neutral, honest, open-minded, and can accept new ideas and comments as well as occasional criticism.
• d) You must understand the topic of your section well. You must have special interest, good knowledge and experience on the topic you are moderating.

Everyone will be fairly considered.
