Default symmetrical discoloration on nostrils

My dad developed two symmetrical bluish discoloration on his nostrils.
I think it must be some reflex-zone marking or nervous sign, because the chance to develop two identical looking skin problem on symmetrical spots is almost zero.

Do somebody met this kind of symptom?

On face reflexology chart those spots are the "bronchioles". So I think something there should be the problem. He fears it to be cancer - and although he will goes to a doctor, I told him, it is impossible to develop cancer symmetrically. Am I right?

He was a strong smoker for about 40 years, but from 10 years now, he quitted.

I have read of rejection of homeopathic prescriptions of arnica potencies by pharmacies.Indiscriminately, declaring that arnica is harmful for internal use without any rational attempt to clarify the biochemic-physiological basis in clinical pharmaceutical trials is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I am very anxious to read future releases of controlled trials on arnica
incorporating biochemical and physiological factors. I have searched
and yet to find one for reading and studying.

Am never stopped from being amazed at the so many different type of health complications that take place. Like already there are so many of them that it becomes hard to keep a track of them and now this one depicting the discoloration of the nostrils is something that I am sure very few people would have heard of. This is why the use of these discussion places are so useful which helps us introduce to so many new things.
