I've had several of these done, one last summer which has had a temp. filling. I was going to get a permanent filling, and possibly a gold crown after that, but have been doing some reading lately about this subject. I had xrays done last week and apparently there is still some inflammation showing up in the root area. Maybe I should just get the tooth pulled (even though it's a molar) because it could cause (be causing) major health issues. I have another tooth acting up too.... the problem is, I don't want to start getting my molars pulled out or I won't be able to eat properly. I'm also getting the amalgam fillings changed to enamel coloured ones. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks
