I know in herbal meds the American Indian used Lobellia tincture for this,

In my experience offering remedies isn't necessarily very helpful as patients think they can depend on them alone and this doesn't work. I advise to read Alan Carr's book "how to stop smoking" or go on his courses. 9 of my patients have tried this over the last 10 years or so and ALL were succssful in giving up
