Default Nutrient Dense Foods

I was looking through some files for something and came across two different lists of the 10 most nutrient dense foods that people should eat. The first was looking at vitamins, minerals and fiber and the second was looking at anti-oxidants.

List #1:
sweet potato
whole grains
broccoli
strawberries
beans
cantaloupe
spinach & kale
oranges
oatmeal
mild

List#2:
avacodo
berries
broccoli
cabbage
carrots
citris fruits
grapes
onions
spinach
tomatoes
