Okay, I've been inundated with non-stop Christmas tunage since, oh, the end of November. I'm grateful the American Thanksgiving is then and not at the harvest time, as it is here in Canada, as that would have meant an extra month and a half of Christmas music...but I haven't heard much variety out there in terms of festive songs.
I've heard a lot of really bad Christmas music (songs by George Michael, Brittany Spears, lots of country artists, and some guy whose name I can't get past, called "Michael Buble" (pronounced "Boo Blay". Sheesh). But: here are my favourites: Eartha's version of Santa Baby, obviously The Vince Guaraldi Trio's set of X-mas tunes You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch--by The Crash Test Dummies The Huron Carol...done by just about anyone Good King Wenceslaus...that's good by almost anyone and Handel's Messiah. Had to make my list cause I never got the opportunity to hear these pieces much over the holidays. So...what are your favourites?

Yes, that's on my fave Christmas cd...sung by Cartman, who gets shocked by his classmates with every wrong lyric.
...it is the night of the Christmas trees and pie...
