One upon a time, there was a health meet in a village with an agenda:-

1. To find out & know the experiances of villagers about differant medical treatments.

2. To approve the best available medical treatment/s as per villagers experiances, concentrate & persue the best one/s in future by allocating village funds for this purpose.

(Added attraction: Refreshments & lunch will be served by the organisers free of cost.)

So many villagers attended the meet(for the agenda and/or for added attraction/bribe--can't be said here).

During pre-discussions & taking refereshments few groups among those attending are formed in line of the agenda points.

**Sorry interruption!!, I will complete it bit later. In the meantime, can you present/imagine your assumptions(sorry, without refereshments but for refereshment) about their possible views & outcome of this health meet?

In Pakistan, mostly food serves after meeting. If you serves refreshment before meeting you will not find any participant. I don't know what is the situation in your country?
