A strange observation is read about dr. luc

I congratulate you all homeopaths.

Homeopaths are not pointing to these degrees from where they are purchaseing and in which capacity and field they were awarded the degrees. Simply Writing Ph.D with the name some time impress you that the person has distinction in some physics or chemistry subject but when you go in detail you come to know that the famous "H" is qualified Ph.D in Acupuncture but hesitate to write it in parenthesis. Even they don't bother to write the word "Honrary" if it was an honorary from un-recognised institute.

Which institution of homeopathic field are issuing MD and Ph.D and where these institution are affiliated? A hallmark question??????
