I am sorry, but a friend says, his experience with Hompath Classic 8 is not at all good. According to him some modules just do not work. E-mails sent to the company are not replied and after sales services policy is virtually non-existent.

The search capability of Hompath is far from satisfactory. Just type 'discharges and ears' in the general search for repertory, and you hardly get four rubrics. Compare this with the one online
http://www.homeoint.org/hidb/kent/index.htm or Mercurius, Ruby etc., and you will be totally surprised. Other modules are good. I wish the search accuracy is improved to make it really useful. I don't know if there are any improvements done recently and if the problems are already attended to, well and good. Murthy

Not only the local distributor in Pakistan but also the head office in Mumbai turn a deaf ear when it comes to giving services once the product has been sold. gavinimurthy, Repertorization module also has some problems. At least three modules are defective. My friend had collected all the details but gave up the idea of giving a feedback to the company after he received no response to his more than 10 complaints.
