My 18 yr. old son has recently been diagnosed with enlarged adenoids and tonsils. The doctor's want to surgically remove his adenoids and tonsils. Can someone recommend an alternative treatment other than surgery. Thank you.

Yes it can be cured by homoeopathy.Its better to contact a good homoeopath nearest to you who can watch the progress after medication.
Usually How I treat these cases is as under: (only example so dont take it as a prescription with out consultation with some qualified homoeopath)
I start with Bacillinum-200 dilution repeated every fortnight(no other remedy given on the day of its administration and for two days before and after)along with other suitable remedies like Agraphis Nutans,Calcarea Carb,Calcarea Phos,Calcarea Iod,Merc.Iod,Hydrastis Can,Bayta Iod,,Cistus Can etc.
I advise the patient to use Hydrastis Q + Glycerine(1:6)Cotton tampons well saturated with the mixture introduced in to the nose at bed time which gives great relief.
So you can consult some qualified Homoeopath for relief and I think there is no need of surgery.
