I wanted to ask can you help me .
I have to eat to sleep sailent in the night and then I get fat.
I like to eat much of my favorite foods.
And in the night when i came home i have first to eat and then to think and then i want to rest and can't do anything else at home.I have a husband and a daughter.I work best in the morning

Nat mur ( likes salt dislike sympathy)
Phos (likes COLD drinks and salt)
Lycopod (eats little and often)

Can you may be help me to say exactly Phosph.or Nat.Mur because i can't.
I think Phosph but last month i take 30c once and i have improvment of some simptoms constipation,i think gluttony... but i have some strange feels in my head-dizziness.
I stopped drink coffe in the morning and don't like to smoke.
But my head.I stay like this 3 days and then I took soom alopaty to take my headache away.And every thing stopped.
