He tried to come into the world early at 26 weeks. He had minimal brusing from the Vac. and minimal effects from the meds. He Breastfeed Vigrously within the first hour of life. We used Rescue Remedy the first two weeks of life with great succsess. He began teething at 3mos but didn't cut teeth till between 6-8 months, He responded well to Chamamilia 30c , And we have used Arnica for Bruised injury's over time, He has had two mild cold in the winter time. He has always been very easy going and happy as a baby self entertaining. Is currently being weened and only started solids after 8mos. He has developed a sever fear of BUGS
spiders, ants, nats, flys, crickets, grasshoppers, and crickets.
If one is in the room with him he will begin with a terrified crying and run to us. Refusing to re enter the room with the suspect incect. He refuses to play outside if there are nats or flys around. It has been getting worse he talks about ants on his floor when he goes to sleep and begs me to stay.
He has not potty trained but knows when he is going both pee and poo. He has stools that alternate from soft to very dry usally tan in color. With non offensive oder. He is generally a very compliant thankful child, rarely throws a tantrum and when he dose it is just crying with insistance on his way and resistance with occational hits no kicking or biting or violent thrashing.
He picks at his nose and butt
He chewes paper or cardboard if alowed
His butt and penis are alway sensitive to dipper changes he always say's ow ow but dosen't cry.
He needs hugs and kisses for bumps and if it is bad likes to breastfeed for comfort. He gives affection easily but is not clinginy.

My Bigest concern is his fear of bugs can you help?

Could be Calc.Carb because of the chewing paper and the fears. At what age did he talk and walk?

I don't know if it will make a difference but he threw up his feedings as an infant untill 6mos or so.
And he only eats small frequent meals now
Some days all he will eat is crackers and cheese and a yougret all day inspite of other desirable foods offered. He loves tomatoe

Also I thought Calca Carb the child is clumbsy and unathletic?

Quite right. From the information you have now provided I would doubt that Calc Carb is the correct remedy.

If the following symptoms are used--

fear of insects
dentition slow
affectionate
precocity
desires cheese

calc-phos comes up first. Even though it's not specifically listed under fear of insects, both calc-c and phos are listed. A single dose 30C may be worth a try.

I don't call cutting his teeth at 6-8months "dentition slow". I really do suggest that you take your son to your homeopath so he can observe him at play, talk to him and find a remedy that suits him as I personally wouldn't like to suggest one from the information you have given here.

The overall case does seem like a Phos salt, and esp the fear of bugs and the fear of loud noises among others. Along with this, is the compliant nature. Ahtletic build and energetic.
I think Calc Phos is a good choice. Many of the physical general's point to it too.

Warm regards,
doctorleela

Talking

Well we got some Calc Phos. Unfortunately my source was out of 30c, So I got some 6x and tried a dose this evening. Within 30mins his whinnig had stopped he was much more patient and listened and obeyed the first time asked. He crawled up on the couch and read a book himself rather than begging us to read to him. None of these things I felt were out of line for an nearly three year old. But he seems more content tonight. We will see how he dose tomorrow playing outside
How often do you think I should repeat the dose? I was thinking 2-3x a day as needed
I have recently been given conflicting info on how long a remedy should hold so I am a little unsure with strength and hold right now. See originaly I thought 30c held for 3-7 days and 200c for a month and 1M for 3 months
Then a homeopath told me 30c was for a month and 200C for 6-8 months and 1M for a year

It had been my belife that the higher potancy worked on a deeper level of healing the VF and thus held longer but that the strengh of the VF infulanced the lenght of the remedies hold. The weaker the VF the more frequent the need for repeating the remedy even in higher doses.
Is my philosphy off?

Will keep you up to date on results
Thanks for the help
