LM is LM one, ad dilution and plussing is a teqnique to use it, you slowly change the potence, and at the same time diltes it further and further, but this is not needed to do before we know if the dry dose works, so use that first.

I have given the 2 doses of Nux vomica 200 It is now day three and she still has a runny nose,It is not as bad but still there..what do I do next?

If you can obtain one M of Nux v, give her one dose of that.and wait 14 days. Avoid menthols, coffe, camphor,incence.
Watch the colour under the eyes, and also behaviour, stools, etc, post symptomes occuring.

How many pellets do I give her? alos her dispostion is still the same .and she still has the persistant runny nose . The discharge from her nose is now turning yellowish..do I still give the Nuv 1M?
Do I just give one dose? Or 3-4 times a day?

Just three pills, just once, if it not stop in a week , its no idea with contiuing this remedy.

Hello Gm. I just wanted to write back to say Thank you!..since taking the Nux Vomica 1M my daughter's nose hasnt ran! Her nose has been running for 2 years Ive tried every thing and nothing worked. The dark circles under her eyes are fading and she is a more talkative and outgoing child. Once again thank you so much!

GM: It was nice following this case. Do you always consider one dose as three pellets? I haven't been dosing that way, sorry to say. Have been using one pellet as one dose. Will the effects of the remedy be experienced for a shorter time period if one pellet instead of 3 is used or less impact of the medicine? What made you decide to go to LM from 200 as opposed to going to an M potency? I'm drawn to LM potencies and always want to use them but never quite sure when in the right time.
