It is fairly easy to put a patient into one of the miasmatic classes- there are 4
Syphilitic thin little slee eat like a horse not putting on weight
Sycotic - Much inflammation - rheumatism - poor memory - añways in a hurry - much catarrh
Psoric - Talkative - skin problems - avoids confrontation- many problems of function , ie needs sunglasses on a dull grey day
Tubercular - triangular face - long eyelashes - lovesw meat and gravy - restless , globetrotter - fine hair , poss red or auburn .
Once put in one of these classes you can discard 60/75% of the repertory - a great help .
