Maybe you could post on the main discussion forum above this? you'll get tons of advise.
And yes homeoapthy would help reduce her allergies, with a complete history taken and a consitutional similimum prescribed.
This remedy or series of remedies, will slowly modify her hypersensitive immune system and get it back on track. It would require a lot of patience, but I think that homeopathy is the only way out.
