Yes the wrong potency may stall the progress of any case,the well indicated potency only works.

There are also blocks in the case progress,this needs to be dealt with. (most often with the well indicated nosode)
And then resume your const. remedy.

External toxin may cause iatrogenic symptoms (maintaining causefactor) this needs to be addressed.

I know Myankle has posted for a long time regards her symptoms,this is a perfect example of how complex homeopathic cases can be,and must be dealt with with a trained practicioner,its not guess work.
The "try this try that" method puts homeopathy to shame.Only carefull analysis should be done with proper casetaking.(chronic symptoms).
Regards Acutes-thats another story-Much simpler!
Many homeopaths/patents dont fully know what exactly an ACUTE/Chronic is- Thats the problem.
