Astal is on a distinguished road
Default Has anyone successfully repopulated their GI tract with good bacteria?

I have no growth of lactobascillus species or e.coli, and overgrowth of klebsiella pnumonae, and enterobacter cloacae. Ive been sick for 10 months. I finally found out that i was lacking any growth of lactobascillus species.

Ive been breaking out in hives everyday, acid reflux, joint, muscle and bone pain, insomnia, brain fog, swollen lymphnodes. Ive been unable to work.

I finally ordered an oxyflush kit to try and get my blood oxygen over 90% to kill the bad bacteria and any candida i may have left.

I heard heavy metal toxicity causes candida like symptoms so i think im gonna see if my doc will screen me for heavy metals.

Im losing hope, if nothing else helps, im just gonna go on steriods and eat whatever i want lol.
