Red face stinky pits!

So, just slightly embarrassing- I always have sweaty armpits. And sweaty armpits= stinky armpits!!! I've used homeopathy for many years and would love to find the right combo for this problem for me. I have filled out the questionnaire below:

First Name: nic
Age: 27
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 115

CHIEF COMPLAINT:

1. BOTH excessive sweating and body odor (especially under the arms)

2. I can't remember exactly when it became a problem. It's been for at least 4 years. My sweating seems to be more of a mental condition than physical (anxiety vs. temperature). Also, anytime I wear sleeves, the fabric (whether synthetic or natural) caused my underarms to sweat. I do best in tank tops.

3. Cold weather is worse- it seems to bring on a different kind of sweat. That, and the combination of long sleeves (limited air circulation to the underarms) seems to make BO more likely.

4. It can occur at any time during the day.

5. While sweating and BO can occur anytime, incidence is definitely higher when anxious or nervous.

Thank you!!
