Default Will treatments always "take" at 30C?

Hi,

I've been told that you just *know* when a homeoapthy treatment is working. I am currently trying to find my similimum. Will there always be some reaction to a similimum remedy taken at 30c (provided it is not antidoted)? Or is it possible to have no reaction to similimum at this level, and yet react to the same remedy at, say, 10M?
