Evil exists at any point in the spectrum of education, wealth e.t.c.
My thoughts on good and evil:
Man is evil by nature. The expression and extent of man's evil is not only variable , but also in a constant state of change. The Chinese yin/yang theory illistrates this idea very well I think. Lack of education does not of itself contribute to evil any more than does high education contribute to good. Whilst money has been referred to as the root of all evil, I think the vast majority of thinking people would disagree with this idea. Many do evil unknowingly. They see no evil because they have been programmed to accept evil practices as being normal or good.
The redemption of the man can only become manifest to the extent that man becomes positively responsive to the promptings of what I call the Super-Conscious Mind. This is the Mind Of God. I believe that the sign post to this MIND is LOVE. By Love I mean the sincere desire to care for others, even at one's own expense. Each according to his talents and capabilities, and to the fullest extent possible which includes the very planet itself. When acts of LOVE are done thoughtlessly, the hydrogen has the affinity for the oxygen to facilitate the existence of water and thus life on earth remains possible.
