thank u for replying ........this is in reply to GM .....well while taking homeopathic treatment from my homeopath he did give me silicea 200c for a period of 2 weeks but it dint affect me at all ...is silecia the only remedy for splitting nails ??
as far as my constipation problem is concerned i dont have a problem of hard stools i just dont get an urge to pass stools and thus i ve been taking laxatives since the past three yrs ..
