Joes has found accidental discoveries which he found very effective.he asked the other practitioners to try out those remedies.as the hahnemann said in his organon of medicine that physicician should be an unprejudiced observer.let us view her discovery in an unprejudiced way but not with fixed thoughts.you know there are various schools of homeopathy some prescribing only on pathological basis(dr.hughes).
homeopathy is based on provings that happened in 19th and early 20th centuries.it is based on symptoms.emphasis is not given on clinical and laboratory findings because pathology is at infancy at that time.
may be arnica which he is saying effective in reducing blood sugar levels might have come in the prover but not found out as there is no means to check the blood sugar levels at that time.
it is a time to go for reproving of most of the polycrests again considering the environmental changes,stress factor,new health concerns.
reproving of some of the remedies is done by o.a.Julian.(julian hom M.M).if we see some of trhe reprovings to the utter surprise some of the symptoms of the old materia medica are not present.he has included clinical pathological and laboratory findings which will be more helpful for modern homeopath.
