I use for my rescue dogs that sometimes come into rescue with irritated eyes or conjucvitis the homeopathic tincture Euphrasia.

The solution for eye problems in humans and animals is Euphrasia or also known in the US as Eyebright.
You need to buy it as tincture.
Just put 4-5 drops in half a pint distilled or boiled and cooled water or scale it down to less accordingly.
4-5 drops - 1/2 pint (16 tablespoons) water
2-3 drops - 4 ounce(8 tablespoons) water
1-2 drops - 4 tablespoons water

Wipe/wash 2 - 3 times a day should be sufficient.
